The Refinery Method®️

Nicole has been specializing in extensions for over 10 years. After countless hours of education in various methods, she realized that one size does not fit all. Even with extensive training in different techniques, there were still gaps depending on each client’s needs. The Refinery Method® was created to bridge those gaps and offer clients a tailored solution.

 Nicole is passionate about sharing her expertise with fellow artists. She understands that every hair artist learns differently, which is why in-person, hands-on education is crucial when mastering a new skill. Additionally, opportunities for one-on-one education are essential to truly cater to each artist’s unique learning style and accelerate the learning process.

EDUCATION OPPORTUNITIES

We offer hands-on, in depth education, in a small group or one on one setting depending on your preference and learning style. In addition to our in person learning, we also have included a 30 day coaching program. Each artist will have access to our coaches for a more personal and in-depth experience.

Our One on One class is one day can be customized to the artist's needs and goals.

We also offer small group classes if you are interested in bringing a few friends along.  Three artists or less is recommended to get the most out of your investment. For both options you will receive:
